近日，鑫海智橋為陜西法士特智能制動系統(tǒng)有限責任公司實施的緩速器MES系統(tǒng)三期項目順利完成上線驗收。此次驗收標志著該系統(tǒng)正式投入使用，為企業(yè)生產(chǎn)管理信息化與智能化邁出了重要一步。

Recently, ZQSOFT successfully completed the acceptance of the Phase III MES system for the retarder, implemented for Shaanxi Fast Intelligent Braking System Co., Ltd. This acceptance signifies that the system has officially been put into use, marking a significant step towards the informatization and intelligentization of enterprise production management.

作為該項目的重要合作伙伴，鑫海智橋團隊歷經(jīng)近9個月時間完成了從需求調(diào)研、解決方案設(shè)計到系統(tǒng)開發(fā)、測試、上線部署的全過程。在項目實施過程中，我們深入了解客戶業(yè)務需求，通過逐步上線與試運行相結(jié)合的策略，成功解決了生產(chǎn)設(shè)備與信息系統(tǒng)集成、裝配與機加線生產(chǎn)管理優(yōu)化等一系列技術(shù)難題。

As a key partner in this project, the ZQSOFT team spent nearly nine months completing the entire process, from requirement research and solution design to system development, testing, and deployment. During the implementation, we gained an in-depth understanding of the client’s business needs and adopted a phased go-live and trial operation strategy, successfully addressing technical challenges such as the integration of production equipment with information systems and optimizing assembly and machining production management.

尤其是在三期項目中，新增功能進一步增強了生產(chǎn)計劃精準管控、生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)追溯與物流協(xié)同管理能力，為客戶帶來了顯著的經(jīng)濟效益和管理效益。

Notably, the new features introduced in the Phase III project have further enhanced the precision control of production planning, data traceability, and logistics coordination capabilities, delivering significant economic and management benefits to the client.
