系統(tǒng)覆蓋輪胎生產(chǎn)從原材料到成品的全流程數(shù)字化管理，并通過多語(yǔ)言界面（中文、英文、阿拉伯語(yǔ)），實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)關(guān)鍵數(shù)據(jù)的實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控和全程可追溯，確保每一條輪胎的質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定。

The system provides end-to-end digital management from raw materials to finished tires. With a multi-language interface (Chinese, English, Arabic), it enables real-time monitoring of critical data and full traceability, ensuring consistent tire quality.

MES系統(tǒng)支持青島總部對(duì)摩洛哥工廠的遠(yuǎn)程指揮，可實(shí)時(shí)下達(dá)生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃、配方調(diào)整等指令，確保工藝標(biāo)準(zhǔn)在不同區(qū)域間的同步實(shí)施。

Remote Control of Processes and Recipes

The MES system enables Qingdao headquarters to remotely oversee operations at the Morocco factory, allowing real-time production planning and recipe adjustments to ensure consistent process standards across regions.
